No Call No Shows

No call no shows will be charged a one time fee of $50 and will be restricted from scheduling a new appointment in the future.

 

Late Arrivals

All clients are allowed a 15 minute grace period, any time that exceeds the allotted 15 minutes will result in a one time fee of $20 charged to the holistic total for the appointment. Any time that equals or exceeds 30 minutes will be considered as a cancellation which will result in an additional one time fee of $25 added to the original late fee of $20 ($45 in total for any late arrivals of 30 minutes or more). Charges will be applied to the card on file or entered at the time of the booking.

 

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

We at Lash U stand behind our high-quality products and services, and guarantee complete satisfaction. However, we have a "No refund or exchanges, all sales are final" policy. If you have any questions or concerns about a product or a service, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

 

Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, any appointment cancelled same day will be considered as a "No call no show" and subsequently will be charged a one time fee of $50. A valid and current debit or credit card is required at the time of the appointment being booked.

 

Deposits

To ensure your spot, a one time deposit is required per booking and goes toward the initial cost of the service being booked. All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking. In the event you are unable to uphold your scheduled appointment and communication is provided in advance (at least 24 hours or greater), the deposit will still be forfeited and you will be eligible to reschedule your appointment for another day at no additional cost. However, if you are unable to uphold your scheduled appointment and communication is not provided within the allotted time, 24 hours in advance, this will be considered as a "Cancellation". Deposits will still be forfeited, a new appointment will have to be scheduled online and additional one time fee of $25 will be charged to the payment method on file or utilized at the time of booking.

Foreign Fills

"Foreign Fills" are considered as refills needed on any Eyelash Extensions that were originally completed by another artist or company. We at Lash U stand behind our high-quality products and services, and guarantee complete satisfaction. However, Lash U is willing to complete Foreign Fills, there is a charge of $80+ depending on the service needed at the time of the appointment. We will also recommend and cover health of natural state of lashes.

Booking Appointments

All appointments must be booked online. This will ensure your appointment is set and your Lash U technician is available.

 

All policies apply to everyone, there are NO EXCEPTIONS OR REFUNDS.
