Cancellation Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, we will attempt to contact customers prior to the scheduled training session. Customers are not permitted to cancel their enrollment in the Eyelash Extension Training. We appreciate your commitment to the training class and the importance of maintaining a cohesive learning environment for all participants.

Rescheduling: Lash U Studio acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate a change in the training date. Therefore, we allow a one-time rescheduling opportunity for each customer. To initiate a reschedule, please contact us at least 2-days before the originally scheduled training date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Deposit: The deposit made at the time of booking is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or failure to attend the rescheduled training, the deposit will be forfeited.

Exceptional Circumstances: Lash U Studio recognizes that there may be exceptional circumstances beyond your control. In such cases, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We will assess each case on an individual basis and may consider alternative solutions.
